Blarg. It is now almost 4 years since my last entry. Time for change.

I seem to draw individuals only. I have a hard time with landscapes. If i try to draw a tree it will end up looking like a mushroom with a brown stem and green top. But mushrooms are cool. I saw the Murakami exhibit this summer and it featured some fantastically trippy 'shrooms. But as for individuals, my style seems to swing back and forth between cartoony and semi-realistic. I haven't had a real art class since elementary school, and I wish I had time to take one, but I never seem to have room in my schedule even for my required classes. I have so much to learn. For one thing, I don't understand colors very well. I usually just throw them on and hope for the best.

Maybe I'll update next in sooner than four years, but who knows.
